Why is the rate of follows/likes is lower than what is set in the settings?

- If the rate of following is lower than what has been set then, most likely, there is not enough audience matching the current filters. The rate can be increased by modifying the filters (increasing the range of the amount of followers/follows and decreasing the amount of stop words). A large chunk of the audience is filtered out by the "Language" filter (although it doesn't mean that "Language" is the only filter that could cause the long filtration, every situation is unique). 

Alternative: it might happen that a filter incorrectly aggregates a chunk of the audience (bots or accounts not matching the parameters) because only a part of the audience is processed. In that case you need to wait until the desired audience is aggregated.
