Username or password/initialization error?

- Disable two-factor authentication. If it is not enabled, make sure you are entering the correct login and password. Also check whether there is a request to confirm your account. You need to do that in the mobile Instagram app and on instagram.com website.

- Enter your nickname and nothing else in the "Account name" field. Make sure there are no extra spaces. The easiest way to find a mistake is to copy your details from the fields in the cloud and entering them in the corresponding fields on instagram.com website.

- Check if whether you have the "Was it you?" message on instagram.com using a browser on your PC and confirm that you have logged in. Don't be concerned with an unknown location - all cloud accounts automatically connect through our proxies.

- If you use your own proxies that might be causing problems. Try not to use them next time you log in while also keeping in mind the paragraphs above.
