What does it mean when Reach and the amount of actions at the bottom become equal?
-It means that there is no more audience that matches your parameters. BUT the task is still active and the search for the audience keeps going. When it finds the matching audience the task will resume. The audience is aggregated by the following principle. GoGram aggregates 2000+ users and immediately filters them if the filters are on. Everyone matching the parameters are transferred to Reach and a certain action is performed ("like" or other action). When everyone in Reach is followed a new aggregation for 2000+ users will run and everything starts over.
In that case we recommend to change the parameters of your filters.
- Do not select 2 languages at once
- Try to remove the Language filter if it is enabled
- Try to remove the stop words if they are set
