Сonfirmation code wasn't sent to my email

Solution: the code is sent to the email attached to your INSTAGRAM account.


Where do I find email/phone that is attached to my Instagram account?

Instagram app - Edit Profile button (located right under the number of your followers and follows).

Sometimes the code lands in the Spam folder. Some email services provide users with a separate Social Media folder which can contain the letter with the code instead of your regular Inbox folder.


Solution: Go to “Edit Profile” in Instagram and re-enter your email. After that request the confirmation code again.


IMPORTANT: We have noticed that the codes are much more likely to be successfully delivered to @gmail emails. It is quite common that attaching a gmail address solves the problem and the code is delivered. 


How to request the code:

Press “Edit”, then “Save”. The new code will be sent.

It is common for the codes to be delivered after a long delay.


GoGram's tech support cannot speed up the code delivery. That feature is completely controlled by Instagram. If you didn’t receive the code after several attempts please contact the support of Instagram via its mobile app.
